Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Heart & Soul Care, we strive to provide the highest quality counselling and psychotherapy services. We value your time and commitment to the therapeutic process, and in return, we ask that you respect the time and resources reserved for you.

1. Session Bookings and Payments

• All sessions must be booked in advance and confirmed through payment.

• Payments made for counselling/psychotherapy sessions are non-transferable.

2. Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be charged in full.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds will not be provided for completed sessions.

• Refunds for prepaid packages (if applicable) are available only if sessions have not yet commenced, subject to a small administrative fee.

• In case of unforeseen circumstances where [Your Name/Practice] needs to cancel a session, you will be offered either:

  • A full refund for that session, or

  • The option to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. No-Show Policy

• If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee will be non-refundable.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

• Refunds or rescheduling outside the above policy may be considered at the discretion of the provider in cases of emergency or compassionate grounds.
